Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance but will provide you with a receipt called a “Super-bill” that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. To know if you will be reimbursed, you would need to check with your insurance company to see if they provide coverage for “out-of-network providers.”

Do you provide primary care?

Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to provide the level of care needed for primary care at this time.

Do you provide care for acute and/or urgent health problems?

We encourage you to start with your primary care for acute issues. You can also go to an Urgent Care office or utilize our Integrative Telemedicine Urgent Care for a more holistic approach if your health concern is one we can address in that manner.

Do you see children?

For consultations of complex health issues, we see patients aged 16 and above. For our Urgent Care service, we will see patients aged 5 and older.

Do you order labs?

We order labs through Lab Corp, Quest, and locally, through Lab Alliance, Crouse, and Upstate. We also order specialized testing through Genova, DUTCH Labs, ZRT, Vibrant Health, Igenex, and Boston Heart.

We will encourage you to check with your insurance company to see if labs we would order as an “out-of-network provider” will be covered. If they are not, we will work through your primary care provider or look for other options.

What about prescriptions?

We are able to prescribe conventional medications when needed, which insurance typically covers. If they don’t or someone doesn’t have insurance coverage, we will help you look into discount pharmacies like Mark Cuban’s and/or coupons through Good Rx.

Where can I obtain recommended supplements?

We love supporting local retailers and refer many patients to Green Planet Grocers in Camillus, NY. For anyone needing or preferring online access, we offer a 25% discount for initial purchases as well as an additional 5% for repeat purchases through FullScript.

What about referrals?

We are happy to help with referrals when needed. Who we refer to will depend on your insurance benefits, location of the specialist, and finding a specialist that is a right fit for your needs and preferences.
